Your veterinary employees aren't children
Personality conflicts in the clinic can prove toxic for the entire staff, not just the parties involved. In this video CVC educator Mark Opperman, CVPM, shares the message to employees with clinic-disrupting issues from his hospital administrator days:
"I want the two of you to talk about that issue―hopefully resolve that issue. When the issue is resolved, you may come back, and if the issue is not resolved, I don't want you to come back."
