Veterinary business magazine picks up national and regional awards for editorial and design excellence.

VETERINARY ECONOMICS

Veterinary Economics received national and regional honors from the American Society of Business Publications Editors (ASBPE) for editorial and graphic design excellence.

Dr. Craig Woloshyn’s Taking Points columns from the July and September 2008 issues won a national bronze award in the contributed column category. In regional competition, Veterinary Economics won a gold award for best regular department for the September, October, and November 2008 Hot Button columns.

The publication also won a bronze regional award for best original research for Benchmarks: A Study of Well-Managed practices coverage, “Got a ‘C’ in compliance?” And not to be overshadowed, the November 2008 cover photo, “How to make your associates hate you,” won a regional bronze award.
