When clients agree to our recommended wellness lab work, we invite them to be a part of our wellness lobby display. We give
these owners a cut-out of a fish or a bone and ask them to write a message to their pets that we can post on our lobby window,
along with the pet and owner's picture. The display is a big hit, prompting clients to check out the messages and pictures
and ask what they're for. This way, owners already know about wellness lab work and are more prepared for it the next time
they come in. Our staff members also participate by wearing photo buttons of our pets to serve as conversation starters.
