Mark the date for clients to keep them coming back

VETERINARY ECONOMICS

Our practice utilizes a yearly calendar card to help clients remember to administer medications to their pets and return to our practice for checkups. We write the pet's name on the card and note the dates that medication or an exam is due. For example, when we give an initial dewormer, we'll circle on the calendar the date the next treatment should be administered. We then give the client one of our refrigerator magnets so he or she can post the calendar in the kitchen: a hard-to-miss reminder.
