Make the leap into better behavior consultations

Let’s face it: Behavior consultations wouldn’t have a seat at the popular table.

According to the 2016 dvm360 Spectrum of Care Survey, nearly half of the respondents (46 percent) didn’t have a person on staff who’s passionate about behavior discussions. At 37 percent, veterinarians were far and away the most common person on staff to eagerly engage in such consultations, while veterinary technicians came in a distant third at 8 percent (9 percent of respondents answered “other team member”).
